The best way to start a business online today is:

  1. Choose a niche and then specialize. Do not think that you are going to make a lot of money selling everything under the sun (unless you use Ebay, but even that is getting more and more competitive today).

2. Choose or create a product. You can use affiliate products or create your own.

In addition, analyse the physical infrastructure of the place where your online business will be stored. But most importantly, you must scrutinise the backup and data security systems of hosting providers. This includes calculating the time required to reinstall your online business in the event of a complete failure of the hosting provider’s infrastructure. This will help you calculate the least possible losses for your business if such a situation arises.

6. Build a list. This is important for you to discuss repeatedly with visitors to your site. It is important to keep visitors informed of what is happening on your site. This also allows you to contact them several times about the offers you want to submit.

7. Examine how you will manage the payments made by your customers. If you sell an affiliate product, the problem will not arise because the affiliate program will manage the payments for you. Look especially at companies that offer an online tracking system.
